Prospective tenant screening includes running industry-specific credit reports, verifying employment, income and previous rental history. We run credit reports on all applicants 18 years and older. This report includes a nation-wide search for prior evictions. We verify driver’s licenses, social security cards and pay stubs as well as contact their prior landlords for confirmation that they have been good tenants in the past. Platinum Property Management is very flexible with regards to maintenance. We have in house maintenance managers, maintenance technicians, and cleaning services. We do outsource some of your property’s maintenance needs to a preferred list of licensed vendors for trade maintenance such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. Should you have your own preferred list of vendors, we will contact them on your behalf.
Our accounting department provides our property owners with monthly customizable financial statements confidentially posted to your owner web portal. If you prefer email statements we can do this as well. We disburse funds once a month to the owners.
